| After an Abortion | - You may experience cramping which is similar to menstrual cramps, but sometimes more intensive.

- You have to be ready for experiencing a wide range of emotions, such as relief, sadness, and many others. You should call the clinic if you have any burdensome or uncomfortable feelings that do not pass. There is no payment for a counseling session following an abortion procedure.
- Pregnancy can occur again any time after an abortion. That’s why if you do not want to become pregnant you should provide birth control. If you are starting birth control pills, you should use a back-up method, such as condoms, spermicides, abstinence, with the first cycle of pills.
